Cape Region Shelter Open!!

We are exciting that our site in Lewes has been open for three nights now! The community came out and performed a miracle. A shelter from shell to completely usable in less than 12 hours. We can not express how thankful we are to everyone that came out and helped. Check out the incredible video from The Cape Gazette here Opening of Code Purple at Troop 7

We will be open through the night of Monday, January 27th and will have further updates this weekend.

Please go to the calendar and sign up to help with either dinner, intake, overnight, or morning clean up. Cape Region Volunteer Calendar.

We need the community to continue to support the shelter in order to make a difference in our guests lives!

We will update the nights that we are open on our website, Facebook, and email blasts. Keep an eye out for our announcements!

Email us at with any questions that you may have for us!

We are accepting donations at the shelter from 6pm-8:30pm each night that we are open.  We can be found at 18006 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958.
